Candlewood Suites Oak Harbor is looking for a friendly and dependable Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hotel. Located in beautiful Oak Harbor, WA, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, home-away-from-home experience for our guests.

As a Front Desk Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional stay. Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Managing check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
• Handling reservations and inquiries, both in person and over the phone.
• Assisting guests with any questions or requests to ensure their stay is comfortable.
• Coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs.
• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with hotel policies.

We’re seeking someone approachable, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing excellent customer service. Here’s what you’ll need to succeed in this role:
