Job Description
The TYPE WING Support shall have five (5) years Navy or equivalent experience working with the following:
- Project Management
- Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CPF) Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI) procurement process.
- NMCI Enterprise Tools (NET)
- Commander, U.S. Pacific Fleet (CPF) Outside Continental United States(OCONUS) Navy Enterprise Networks (ONE-NET) procurement process
- Navy Information Technology Approval Systems (NAV-ITAS) process and procedures.
- Defense Logistics Agency(DLA) Multi-Function Device(MFD) procurement and sustainment process and procedures.
- IT Asset Management
- Basic IT asset inoperability and connectivity degradation troubleshooting methods
- Customer Service as well as written as oral communications skills.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Cyber Security, or an equivalent bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or five (5) or more years of experience working for the Department of Navy (DoN) supporting Information Technology (IT) systems such as but not limited to Navy Marine Corp Intranet (NMCI), Consolidated Afloat Network Enterprise Systems (CANES).
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, TYPE WING Support may have one of the following certifications to comply with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.01-M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP.
