Our staffing agency is recruiting for a Selective Solder Technician on behalf of our client who has been delivering reliable, high-quality electronic manufacturing solutions since 1973. This role is responsible for operating selective soldering equipment, ensuring product quality, and supporting the production of highly reliable electronic assemblies for critical applications.

What you get to do:

• Read and understand assembly documentation
• Safely set up and operate machine according to designated usage
• Investigate and solve solder problems
• Inspect circuit boards to IPC standards during soldering process
• Document required information promptly and accurately
• Maintain certification for respirator use
• Follow company and department safety and operating policies and procedures
• Follow ISO 9001/AS9100 standards and requirements

What you need to be successful:

• Previous experience operating selective soldering equipment preferred
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or contract manufacturing environments
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and assembly instructions
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Basic computer skills for documentation and production reporting
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively

Pay: $17.50

Schedule: Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 4:00PM
