• Maintain an atmosphere of enthusiastic customer service, teamwork, and positive communication, and assist other team members as needed.
• Slices deli meats and cheeses to customer’s request.
• Prepares custom party trays and makes sandwiches accordingly.
• Stock and organize displays, including helping with shipments as needed.
• Ensure proper sanitation of the department, equipment, and proper food handling/preparation.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle stressful situations.
• Perform other duties such as cake decorating, baking, rotisserie chicken preparation, or other deli/bakery tasks as needed.

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Willing to cross‑train in bakery and deli tasks as needed.
• Effective and friendly communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic math and the ability to follow written guidelines.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand and walk short distances for the entire shift.
• Tolerates working in freezers for up to 20 minutes at a time.
• Team player.
• Experience in grocery, food service or retail is a plus.
• Some weekend shifts are required.

• Pay rate: $21.50 hourly.
• Paid Time Off: 2 weeks of paid vacation after one year.
