Lot Associates

Lot Associates assist customers with the loading of their vehicles and also monitor and maintain the entrance of the store. They also maintain a sufficient quantity of carts near the entrance. This position interacts with Home Depot associates and customers. As the first and last associate to interact with customers as they enter or leave the store, customer service plays a vital role.

Direct customer interaction is frequently required and excellent customer service skills are required.

Salary and Temporary associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked;
Full-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 4 hours per month, whichever is greater;
Part-time associates will earn 1 hour of sick time for every 40 hours worked or 2 hours per month, whichever is greater.
