Your role is vital in ensuring seamless delivery, precise installation, and exceptional customer service. With your mechanical aptitude and technical skills, assemble, and install a wide range of appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, and cooking appliances. Responsibilities- Safely deliver appliances using a box truck or similar vehicle, ensuring timely arrival at customer locations.
- Accurately read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to facilitate proper installation procedures.
- Assemble appliances efficiently according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
- Install appliances by connecting electrical, plumbing, and ventilation systems as required, utilizing your electrical experience and mechanical knowledge.
- Provide outstanding customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct routine equipment repairs and perform preventive maintenance to uphold appliance performance standards.
- Receiving freight into the warehouse and preparing for the next days deliveries
- Proven experience in appliance installation.
- Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by familiarity with schematics and technical diagrams.
- Previous delivery driver experience using a box truck or similar vehicle is preferred.
- Ability to interpret technical instructions accurately and follow safety protocols diligently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities.
- Physical capability to lift heavy appliances safely and work in various environments for extended periods.
