TEAM driven construction company is currently hiring qualified and experienced Curb Machine Operators / Sidewalk Crew Members for year‑round commercial, industrial, and government concrete construction projects in Island, Skagit, Snohomish, and Whatcom counties.

Company paid medical and dental benefits, Holiday Pay and Paid Vacation after one year. 401(k) with company match. Qualified candidates may be required to pass a drug screening and background screening for access and ability to work on certain projects.

• Must have your own basic tools and PPE.
• Valid driver’s license and means of transportation.
• Minimum 1‑2 years experience as a Curb Machine Operator or in a Gutter Crew.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

• Fulfilled all Foundation Foreman requirements.
• Responsible for inspection appointments and scheduling pours.
• Understands and demonstrates the need for efficiency and accountability.
• Teaches Foremen, Trainees, and Laborers the aspects of the job.
• Minimum of 5 years commercial concrete experience.
• Team oriented, and works well in a management position.
