Job Description
Responsible for helping to achieve ongoing guest satisfaction and team goals through upkeep and cleanliness of rooms, public spaces and exterior of hotel.
Essential Job Functions- To understand all standards of room/suite cleanliness.
- To consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to the standards of cleanliness for the Brand.
- Maintaining shelf organization in the storerooms.
- Remove trash and dirty linens from rooms/suites.
- Sweep and vacuuming floors.
- Reporting to maintenance problems or completing work orders.
- Spot cleaning walls, light fixtures, headboards, picture frames, ect.
- Complete room checklist.
- Vacuum hallways if needed.
- Must be able to reach, kneel and bend.
- Have the ability to lift, push and pull.
- Attitude must be conducive to team growth, hospitality and serving environment.
- Greet guests whenever coming into contact. Friendly "hello". "Is there anything I can help you with".
- Any other duties assigned by Supervisor.
