Manufacturing Technician - Day Shift

Manufacturing Technician

Starting rate $24.50/hr plus 5% performance bonus.

• Perform all activities while focusing on safety and compliance
• Swabbing equipment as required
• Performing preventive maintenance to the workspace
• Cleaning production equipment and parts
• Cleaning production area as required
• Work with powders (Supersacks, sack tip)
• Perform material dispensing
• Basic functionality of the SCADA batching system
• Perform manual additions
• Prepare detergent solutions
• Conduct inventories of raw materials and products
• Perform basic SAP transactions related to tasks
• Understand and comply with all pertinent SOPs, WIs, Forms, Batch Documentation and GMP guidelines
• Participate in efforts to consistently reduce waste

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to wear respiratory protection to perform specific tasks
• Ability to routinely lift 55 pounds, stand, bend and walk for extended periods of time

• Effective communication and teamwork skills across departments
• Ability to work overtime to fulfill business needs
• Operator of electric pallet jack and RICO tote movers
• Demonstrated computer skills (Data entry, e‑mail, file access, Microsoft Word and Excel)
• Proficiency in basic math calculations, percentages, fractions, and decimal notation
• Familiarity with measurement schemes (e.g., kilograms vs pounds)
