Overview
We are seeking a full-time (32-40 hours per week) Nurse Practitioner for our Hilltop Center located in Hilltop, WV. The salary range is $101,750 - $117,000 per year.

ResponsibilitiesThe Advanced Practice Provider reports directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager and collaborates on-site with the Center Leadership Team to achieve center-specific goals. The provider works with the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician for patient-specific medical care. The provider supplies primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other medical providers and works collaboratively with Center Leadership to deliver high-quality health care and compassion.
Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing program, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master’s Degree in Nursing with concentration in Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner.
- A minimum of two years experience working with adult or geriatric populations.
- In states where practice allows, an unrestricted APRN professional license and DEA registration in each state of practice.
