Manage assigned Systems (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up, report results;
Ensure Crew and Managers deliver great customer experience and that promotions are executed; train staff in service procedures; organize Front Counter McCafé and Drive-Thru for best service;
Ensure restaurant delivers great quality food, safe, and that food cost is controlled; train kitchen staff in production procedures;
Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
