Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers;
Perform all store opening/closing duties, including day end procedures and securing the store;
Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and contact customers on shipment arrivals;
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds with proper payment methods;
Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store; delegate merchandising tasks and ensure schedules are followed
