As our new Office Manager / Ward clerk / Reception st , you will play a vital role in maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration among our staff.

• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including Phone, emails, letters, and packages.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of office activities, employee information, and office supplies inventory
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting schedules, and catering for office events
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
• Supervise and mentor administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
• Develop and manage office budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring fiscal responsibility

• 3 years of experience as an Office Manager or in a related role
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
