We're looking for a
Junior Business Analyst
to help bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. In this role, you'll work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and support business process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Review reports for accuracy and identify any anomalies or discrepancies.
• Support regional analysts by preparing visual data representations and reports.
• Validate data from various sources to ensure consistency and reliability.
• Identify patterns and trends in business data to uncover growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Assist in documenting processes, workflows, and system specifications.
• Support project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Help identify areas for improvement and contribute to solution development.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (required).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Jira is a plus, but not required.
