Position Responsibilities- Manage primary, acute and chronic health problems affecting patients through comprehensive history and physical examination, assessment and diagnostics in outpatient setting.
- Order, perform and interpret diagnostic and therapeutic tests and procedures.
- Management of full spectrum of Family Medicine.
- Prescribe pharmacologic and non‑pharmacologic interventions.
- Collaborate and coordinate with the primary care team to deliver evidence‑based care and to establish best practices in clinical care.
- Opportunity for administrative role for qualified candidate.
- MD or DO from accredited institution
- Active licensure in the State of Illinois as a physician
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Practice
- BLS and CPR certification is required
