Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.
- Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal skills work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
- Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conduct swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients' progress.
