Advocate Health Care seeks a qualified RN manager to lead operations in our Surgical Trauma ICU.

$50.05/hr - $75.10/hr

• Planning, management, implementation and evaluation of operations/services to ensure quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.
• Preparation and administration of budgets to ensure adequate personnel, facilities and supplies.
• Selection, development, motivation and evaluation of staff.
• Maintenance of effective working relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Personal and professional growth and development of the team.

• Nurse, Registered (RN)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) and Master’s Degree in any field OR Bachelor’s Degree in any field with a Master’s Degree in Nursing (MSN).
• 2+ years of previous management experience focused in an intensive care setting.
• 4+ years of clinical RN experience with 2 years in intensive care.

• Organizational, planning, delegation skills.
• Team building skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership attributes.
• Results-oriented with concern for appropriate process.
• CPR Professional Registered Nurse certification in the state of IL.
