Procurement Request – Staff Augmentation Program Manager (Contract)
Seeking a temporary Program Manager to support the Cyber Asset Management (CAM) portfolio during a leave of absence. This resource will be responsible for day-to-day program execution across multiple cybersecurity initiatives, including cyber asset inventory, technology lifecycle management (TLM),
security agent compliance, and related strategic projects.

• Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Coordinate activities across Cybersecurity, Digital Technology, Data & Analytics, and third-party vendors.
• Facilitate working sessions, document decisions, and track delivery commitments.
• Prepare status reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready updates.
• Drive execution and follow-through to ensure initiatives remain on schedule.

• Strong program/project management background with complex technology initiatives.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Cybersecurity, asset management, infrastructure, CMDB, or technology risk experience preferred.
