The Ideal CandidateWe are looking for a self‑driven individual with a strong background in Business Banking and Relationship Management. You should have experience with originating small business loans, proven credit knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. Your ability to profile customers, engage them in the sales process, and build effective relationships will be essential.
Requirements- 3+ years of Branch/Retail Banking experience as a Relationship Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Retail Banking and commercial business processes.
- Proven sales and outside calling skills.
- Excellent relationship‑building and networking abilities.
- Strong initiative, judgment, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and core operating systems.
