Pay: $36-$38/hour

$5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time; $2,500 sign-on bonus for part-time.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, LPN you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work ensures residents receive the high standard of care they expect by administering medication and nursing care directed by their individual care plan, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents’ comfort and safety.

To be eligible, applicants must hold an unencumbered State of Illinois Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Prior LPN experience is preferable.
