We’re seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team and provide essential support to residents in their daily living activities. The CNA plays a key role in ensuring the health, comfort, and dignity of our residents while working alongside a skilled clinical team in a supportive environment.

• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, toileting, and dressing.
• Serve meals, assist with feeding, and provide water and nourishment between meals.
• Support residents with mobility, including ambulating, turning, and positioning.
• Monitor and document vital signs, weight, intake, and output.
• Ensure resident comfort and respond promptly to call lights and requests.
• Report changes in resident condition to the nursing supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and resident observations.
• Uphold resident privacy and dignity in accordance with HIPAA and facility standards.
• Comply with all federal, state, and facility regulations and guidelines.
• Stay current through educational opportunities and maintain CNA certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in accordance with state law.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and assist residents with physical mobility needs.
• Long Term Care Experience Preferred.
