$37.50/hr - $56.25/hr

Provide holistic patient care in the OB/Mother Baby unit, maintaining a patient and family focus, responding to clinical situations with confidence, timeliness, and flexibility.

• Respond to situational changes requiring unplanned or unanticipated interventions.
• Document and manage patient care using electronic medical records systems.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, team members, and physicians.
• Work collaboratively, taking initiative and making independent critical decisions.
• Prioritize organization, problem‑solving, and time management in a fast‑paced environment.
• Coordinate, delegate, and build teamwork for effective patient outcome.

• Education:
  
  Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• Experience:
  
  Typically requires 1 year of clinical nursing experience.
• Licensure:
  Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Certification:
  Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Physical:
  Must be able to sit, stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs. from floor to waist, lift up to 20 lbs. over the head, and carry up to 40 lbs. over a reasonable distance.
• Skills:
  
  Proficient computer skills, excellent communication, human relation, decision‑making, organization, time management, coordination, and teamwork.
