We are seeking a Marketing Senior Associate to join our team and support a wide range of creative and marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is adaptable, eager to learn, and excited about gaining hands‑on experience in multiple aspects of marketing—from digital content to event support. This is an all‑encompassing role that will help skyrocket your skills in a collaborative environment.

The Marketing Senior Associate will collaborate closely with the marketing team and other departments to produce engaging materials, enhance our brand presence, and provide support on various projects. Prior technical or creative skills are needed for this role, while additional resources and training may be provided for those without video editing experience.

We can offer part‑time (15‑20 hrs a week) opportunity for this role, with the possibility to go full time in the future. This role is located in Oakbrook, IL. Occasional office meetings and in‑office days will be required.

• Assist with Word Press website updates through Gutenberg blocks and Elementor optimization.
• Draft and edit articles, blog posts, and marketing copy for multiple channels.
• Create, assist, and format e‑guides, PowerPoint decks, and other marketing documents.
• Help with email marketing campaigns, including design and deployment.
• Contribute to social media content, designing on‑brand graphics and occasional posts.

• Support the creation of graphics and layouts using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or equivalent tools.
• May assist with video projects, including filming, editing (You Tube‑style), and adding motion graphics. (Training will be provided.)
• Design branded collateral such as flyers, one‑pagers, infographics, and digital ads.

• Supply, design, and coordinate branded items for events (t‑shirts, lanyards, one‑page handouts, sunglasses, business cards, etc.).
• Provide day‑of‑event support, ensuring marketing and branding needs are met.

• Bachelor’s degree
• 2–3 years of relevant experience
• Experience with Word Press and basic website updates
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop - Bonus: Premiere Pro and After Effects)
• Experience with social media platforms and scheduling tools
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Creative mindset with the ability to adapt quickly and learn on the spot
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong communication and writing skills
• Fast, timely responses within the workday to accept new tasks

• Interest in video editing and digital content production for You Tube and live digital events.

• Computer(s) with sufficient computing power to run demanding applications, external hard drives, etc.
• Video equipment – camera (Sony A7S III or better), SD cards, versatile lenses or equivalent photography equipment.
