Hospitalist Physician

We are a multi-specialty healthcare team dedicated to providing personalized and seamless patient care. • Perform and document patient evaluations within the hospital setting, ensuring effective coordination with nursing staff, ancillary providers, attending physicians, administration, and other medical and patient care personnel.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families regarding care plans and treatment progress.
• Work schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, with coverage every third weekend.
• No procedural duties are required.
• No Code or Rapid Response Team (RRT) responsibilities.
• No ICU coverage required.
• Occasional overnight call as assigned.
• Manage admissions for 2–4 patients per shift.
• Average daily rounding on 15–20 patients.
• Paid time off: 15 days, plus 5 days for CME (Continuing Medical Education).

• Board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current and unrestricted MD or DO license to practice medicine in Illinois, with valid DEA and Controlled Substance registration.
• Clinical experience in hospital medicine preferred.
