Exciting opportunity to join our family medicine group in Oak Park, IL. This is a replacement position for a physician who is retiring.

• Position:
  Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician
• Location:
  
  1100 Lake St, Ste 230, Oak Park, IL 60302
• Full Time – 40 hours per week; 32 patient‑facing hours scheduled in office, 4 hours newborn rounding, 4 hours administrative time. Family‑friendly hours include 1 Saturday a month and 1 hour before 8:30 AM or after 6 PM each week.
• Rotating on‑call schedule between 6 other in‑office physicians including newborn rounding
• See 20–25 patients a day in office
• Bilingual Spanish welcome
• Easy access for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR

• Comprehensive Benefits Package:

• Salary: $222,000 – $356,000

• Minimum Education:
  
  Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.
• Licensure:
  Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.
• Certification:
  Board certification/Board eligible in family medicine.
