Overview
The Adult Education Coach provides one-on-one and group instruction, tutoring, and coaching for adult learners across our housing, family support, and workforce development programs. You’ll create engaging, inclusive learning experiences, track progress, and work closely with other New Moms staff to connect participants with additional resources. This role is perfect for an educator who is passionate about adult learning and adaptable across settings.
Responsibilities- Provide one-on-one and group instruction, tutoring, and coaching for adult learners.
- Develop engaging, inclusive learning experiences across housing, family support, and workforce development programs.
- Track participant progress and adjust instruction to meet individual needs.
- Collaborate with New Moms staff to connect participants with additional resources and supports.
- Passion for adult learning and the ability to facilitate learning across varied settings.
- Adaptability to work across housing, family support, and workforce development contexts.
