Aboutthe Position
This Part-Time Group Facilitator position is part of the Family Support Team and will facilitate Parent Support Groups and workshops for moms enrolled in Family Support and Housing at New Moms. This position will collaborate with the other Family Support Specialists to provide comprehensive services in an integrated program as well as the rest of the staff to provide seamless high-quality services.
The Group Support Facilitator will champion all New Moms values including our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion, in both strategic planning and performance.
- Facilitate Parent Support Groups and workshops for moms enrolled in Family Support and Housing at New Moms.
- Collaborate with other Family Support Specialists to provide integrated, high-quality services across the program and with other staff.
- Champion New Moms' values, including commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, in strategic planning and performance.
Part-time, 20 hours per week, working at New Moms offices in Oak Park and Chicago. Schedule is approximately 20 hours per week, including at least two 4-hour evening shifts and one 8-hour day shift.
