Certified Nursing Assistant

• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide vital signs and report any changes to the nurse or healthcare team
• Assist with medication administration, as directed by the nurse or healthcare team
• Support patients with mobility and ambulation, as needed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans
• Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Illinois
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients, as needed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, if applicable

• This is a per diem position, with varying shifts and schedules.
• Competitive compensation package will be offered to the successful candidate.
