Overview
We are partnered with a high-volume, results-driven plaintiff litigation firm that is seeking an experienced Litigation Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its litigation department. This role requires strong leadership, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts across active case files. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, brings structure to complexity, and empowers their team to deliver excellence across every phase of the litigation process.
Rewards- Competitive salary range: $70,000–$90,000

- Oversee the full litigation lifecycle—ensuring timely progress from filing through resolution
- Lead and develop a team of 6–8 legal administrative professionals across Discovery, Liens, Medical Records, and File Opening/Closing
- Establish workflows, enforce deadlines, and monitor caseload distribution for efficiency
- Support attorneys with discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Implement process improvements to enhance operational performance and client satisfaction
- 5–10+ years of litigation experience, ideally within a plaintiff-focused environment
- Leadership experience managing legal administrative or litigation support teams
- Strong knowledge of civil procedure, trial preparation, and case management workflows
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with litigation management software and digital case tracking tools
