PRIMARY JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Registered Nurse with current Illinois license, BSN preferredCPR certification, must obtain ACLS certification within 6 months of hire; PALS certification preferredNeonatal resuscitation certification required.Demonstrated organization and time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasksExcellent interpersonal skills, customer service delivery skillsExcellent experience leading and facilitating a wide variety of diverse patient groups requiredAbility to assess needs, identify problems, explore alternatives and implement solutions.Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions in accordance with hospital policy and governmental regulations.Knowledge of basic computer operations and use of word processing softwareAbility to use audio/visual equipment, telephone and other clinical equipment for patient teaching. Completed preceptor trainingCompensation: $100,000 to $120,000 annually

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES
You will facilitate involvement of staff in Performance Improvement activities.You will assist with the development of unit budget.
