Student Worker – Athletics

Oak Park and River Forest High School invites applications for a Student Worker – Athletics position to support athletic events and game day operations.

Student Athletic Workers assist in set‑up and management of athletic events. Responsibilities include training in game clock operation, public address announcing, official scoring, ticket scanning, and other sports‑specific tasks related to game day operations.

• Set up event equipment and game day logistics in a timely manner.
• Operate game clock and public address system during events.
• Score games and manage ticket scanning duties.
• Maintain a professional, courteous attitude and follow direction from coaching and athletic staff.
• Ensure attendance meets the agreed work schedule.

• Basic understanding of the sport in which you will be assisting.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Effective communication skills and ability to follow directions.
• Must be a current OPRF student and non‑exempt (FLSA).

Pay: $13.35 per hour. This position is not eligible for benefits.
