Job Description & Requirements
Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing position in Oak Park, Michigan. Oncology care is provided by the Residential Home Health and Hospice team, a leader in the industry for 20 years.
This position supports patients in Royal Oak and surrounding areas. The role is full‑time, 40 hours per week, in an 8‑hour shift arrangement on a staff basis.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with the hospice team to manage and deliver patient care plans.
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in hospice settings.
- RN license in the state of employment.
- Associate degree or higher from an accredited School of Nursing.
- At least two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
- Current driver’s license and ability to spend approximately 20% of the day driving to and from patient locations.
- Commitment to consistent charting and critical deadline compliance.
- Self‑management skills for time and schedule.
- Experience with tablets, mobile phones, and EMR software.

Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of the background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana. The low end of the compensation range includes salary and a first‑year success bonus; the high end is inclusive of productivity bonuses and additional shift work paid at a premium (e.g., after hours, weekends, on‑call). Compensation potential varies by market.
