Provide customer service to visitors, drivers, vendors, and employees by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and credentials, document visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized access to the location;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through appropriate communication channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, shipping and receiving areas, trailer yards, parking areas, and perimeter, with duties varying by location;
Support security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs, reporting unusual activity, and communicating clearly with site contacts regarding access and traffic flow
