Part-time Medical Receptionist - Oak Ridge, TN

• Provide excellent customer service by checking in patients, receiving payments, and assisting in daily operations.
• Maintain a friendly, professional attitude toward patients and offer a “white glove” experience.
• Guide new patients through the intake process and collect urine and saliva samples for drug screening as needed.
• Maintain daily financial records and reports.
• Coordinate with medical and clinical staff to schedule intakes and provide clerical and logistical support.
• Oversee patient accounts and financial responsibilities.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience in a fast‑paced environment (preferred).
• Experience in healthcare, addiction medicine, or office administration (preferred).
• Lived Addiction experience is a plus.

• Tuesdays: 9:00am – 2:00pm
• Wednesdays: 9:00am – 5:00pm
• Thursdays: 12:00am – 5:00pm
