Valor3 Services is hiring a flexible and service-oriented Security Hospitality Specialist to support visitor coordination, event logistics, and escort support within a secure government environment. This cross-functional role merges hospitality and administrative responsibilities with security awareness.
Key Responsibilities- Provide clerical and hospitality support for secure facility events.
- Assist with escort duties including badge support and visitor coordination.
- Support administrative teams with setup, catering coordination, and cleanup.
- Disseminate information professionally and direct inquiries when needed.
- Maintain a consistent presence during core hours with flexibility as required.
- Must posses a DOE Q or DoD TS Clearance; ability to obtain SCI access; polygraph may be required.
- Experience in administrative, hospitality, or security-related functions preferred.
- Professional demeanor and ability to work in high-security environments.
- Strong customer service and multitasking skills.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to support cross-functional tasks.
- Core hours:
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
. - May occasionally require earlier/later hours for event support or special escorting needs.
- Work is conducted on-site in a secure, controlled-access federal environment.
- May include tasks performed in or adjacent to SCIFs and event spaces.
