  • Serve as the principal advisor to the Chief Operating Officer, delivering expert administrative, procedural, and strategic guidance on critical, sensitive, and confidential organizational matters.
  • Direct, plan, and assign work to subordinate staff, sets performance standards, evaluates employee performance, recommends awards, and handles primary personnel actions including selections, grievances, and training needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate internal human capital procedures, vision, and long-range strategic plans, aligning fiscal budgets and assessing organizational performance metrics to improve overall administrative efficiency.
  • Manage the correspondence, tracking, and document control systems for the immediate office, establishing workflow checkpoints to ensure timely and accurate responses to high-level inquiries.
  • Coordinate, monitor, and evaluate internal management controls, reviews, and projects, ensuring seamless compliance across the office with Federal administrative standards, directives, and operational schedules.
  • Manage multiple administrative programs for the organization, including Continuity of Operations, Personnel Security, Onboarding and Provisioning, Space Management and Human Resources.
