JR112245## Entry level customer service position with the opportunity for advancement based on skill, performance and knowledge. High volume inbound calls, emails and chat with a focus on billing and payments. Insurance experience not required but beneficial.
** Responsibilities:
*** Provide exemplary customer service over the phone, online chat, or email.
* Document and update customer records based on interactions and customer needs.
* Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services.
* Mail requested documentation.
* Complete daily tasks when not on the phone or chat.
** Requirements:
*** Demonstrated experience in customer service or other related fields.
* Ability to build rapport with clients with an enthusiastic attitude.
* A problem solver with keen attention to detail.
* A “let’s work together” approach with open communication, excellence in service, integrity, and accountability.
* Ability to build trust by working as a team member, as well as independently, with minimal supervision.
* A positive and professional demeanor.
* Ability to multitask and adapt to changes quickly.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience:

*** High school diploma or equivalent
** Physical Demands
*** Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
* Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
