Job Description30 day position as a Long Term Substitute
Job Expectations- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the learner
- Be able to develop an appropriate learning environment with effective classroom management
- Be able to communicate effectively
- Be able to use effective instructional methods
- Demonstrate ability to organize and plan the instructional program
- Demonstrate skills in evaluating the instructional program and student progress
- Possess effective interpersonal skills
- Demonstrate willingness to grow professionally
- Demonstrate knowledge of subject area
- Willingness to collaborate with other district art teachers on curriculum, assessment, instruction, and intervention
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree and must have or be able to obtain Tennessee Licensure with Art Endorsement 427 (Visual Arts K‑12)
Full‑Time
Salary$278 to $341 Per Day
Job Requirements- Bachelor degree preferred.
- Citizenship, residency or work visa required.
