Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager/Program Manager with strong technical expertise and hands‑on experience managing engineering projects from concept through commissioning. This role combines project execution, field engineering, commissioning/startup, and oversight of safety and quality. The ideal candidate is detail‑oriented, experienced with engineering drawings and technical documentation, and comfortable leading work in both office and field environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and coordination with contractors and internal teams.
  • Review, update, and develop engineering drawings (P&IDs, PFDs, layouts, equipment, electrical, and instrumentation diagrams).
  • Maintain redlines and oversee production of as‑built drawings with design/drafting teams.
  • Perform field engineering tasks including equipment walkdowns, dimensional verification, and resolving technical issues.
  • Lead commissioning activities: test plans, functional checks, startup support, troubleshooting, and turnover documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements, engineering standards, and safety regulations.
  • Conduct field safety checks, participate in JSAs, and help drive a strong safety culture.
  • Manage technical documentation, vendor information, and submittals.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or related).
  • 5–10 years of engineering experience with project execution and commissioning responsibilities.
  • Strong ability to read, interpret, and modify engineering drawings.?
