This is a travel position and requires relocation to a project site.
Core Responsibilities:ONE-COMMUNITY
- Serve as liaison between project leadership, field personnel, subcontractors, vendors, and customers.
- Participate in project planning, coordination, and execution meetings.
- Communicate project requirements, schedules, resource needs, and quality expectations.
- Work closely with operations, logistics, engineering, and project management teams to support project success.
- Identify and solve technical, logistical, and operational challenges for the project team.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and mobilization activities.
- Coordinate equipment, tooling, materials, and manpower requirements.
- Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents for field execution.
- Provide technical documentation support to project crews and supervision.
- Review project documents, submittals, and shop drawings for completeness and accuracy.
- Maintain project schedules, tracking reports, inventory records, and field documentation.
- Assist with quality inspections, testing activities, commissioning efforts, and project closeout.
- Promote first-time quality execution and continuous improvement.
- Maintain accountability for assigned project responsibilities.
- Support compliance with project standards, customer requirements, and company procedures.
- Audit field work and documentation for compliance with project expectations.
- Promote safe work practices and reinforce safety as a fundamental project value.
- Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all interactions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Able to temporarily relocate and live on site
- Technically minded
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management; equivalent experience considered
