Senior Recruiter – Oak Ridge, TN (Onsite)

Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Recruiter in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will be a talent acquisition professional with proven expertise in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit across technical, professional, and administrative staff positions.
  • Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, with particular emphasis on Linked In and other professional networking platforms.
  • Develop and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions, professional networks (career fairs, job fairs, community events), and recruitment firms.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise candidate requirements.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to identify the most qualified talent.
  • Extend job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding and relocation processes.
  • Manage and optimize the company's personnel advertising and recruitment marketing efforts.
  • Stay current with employment laws, staffing trends, and recruitment best practices.

Skills and Qualifications Sourcing Expertise
  • Advanced Linked In recruiting skills, including:
  • Advanced search techniques
  • Boolean search string creation
  • Candidate pipeline development
  • InMail and networking strategies
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates through multiple channels
  • Expert-level talent identification and screening capabilities
Technical Competencies
  • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Experience with HR information systems
  • Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Professional Capabilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of staffing fundamentals
  • In-depth knowledge of interviewing and candidate selection techniques
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7-10 years of professional recruiting experience
  • Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment
  • Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
