Senior Recruiter – Oak Ridge, TN (Onsite)
Our client is seeking a dynamic and skilled Senior Recruiter in Oak Ridge, TN. The ideal candidate will be a talent acquisition professional with proven expertise in identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent.
Key Responsibilities- Recruit across technical, professional, and administrative staff positions.
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques, with particular emphasis on Linked In and other professional networking platforms.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with educational institutions, professional networks (career fairs, job fairs, community events), and recruitment firms.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define precise candidate requirements.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and candidate assessments to identify the most qualified talent.
- Extend job offers and coordinate candidate onboarding and relocation processes.
- Manage and optimize the company's personnel advertising and recruitment marketing efforts.
- Stay current with employment laws, staffing trends, and recruitment best practices.
Skills and Qualifications Sourcing Expertise
- Advanced Linked In recruiting skills, including:
- Advanced search techniques
- Boolean search string creation
- Candidate pipeline development
- InMail and networking strategies
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing candidates through multiple channels
- Expert-level talent identification and screening capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Experience with HR information systems
- Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Comprehensive understanding of staffing fundamentals
- In-depth knowledge of interviewing and candidate selection techniques
- Strong working knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with staff at all organizational levels
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7-10 years of professional recruiting experience
- Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment
- Certification in recruiting or HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
