Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience designing and developing solutions in SharePoint Online (and/or SharePoint 2016+), with a focus on intranet and collaboration sites .
Hands-on experience with:
Modern SharePoint sites, hubs, pages, web parts, lists, and libraries
Permissions management and security trimming within SharePoint Online
Content types, site columns, managed metadata, and search optimization
Experience building process automation and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps (or similar low-code tools).
Familiarity with front-end technologies related to SharePoint customization (e.g., JSON formatting, SharePoint Framework basics, HTML/CSS) is preferred.
Understanding of information architecture, UX best practices, and content design for intranets and employee portals.
Exposure to Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365 integration with SharePoint.
- Experience working in a regulated environment (financial services, banking, or similar) is preferred, with awareness of compliance, security, and data governance needs .
