Assure the safety of each resident when transporting to and from the doctor’s office and/or hospital;
Accompany each resident on all medical visits;
Observe the following guidelines at each visit;
Before leaving doctor’s office, obtain resident’s documents and prescriptions;
After returning to facility, report to RCM and be prepared to answer questions
