Residential Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Residential Services Manager to lead our residential programs, ensuring high-quality support and fostering a positive, empowering environment for both residents and staff. Pay: $50,000 annually / $24 hourly. Full-time, Exempt.

• Oversee the daily operations of residential sites, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise and support residential staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and ongoing professional development.
• Implement and monitor Person-Centered Support Plans (PCSPs) to promote individual goals, skill development, and community engagement.
• Utilize best practices, technology, and person-centered thinking to enhance service delivery and support positive outcomes.
• Act as a liaison and advocate for residents, families, and community partners to ensure coordinated, respectful care.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff.
• Monitor and manage program budgets, resources, and documentation to maintain operational efficiency.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, teamwork, and respect within the residential team.

• Bachelor's degree in social services, human services, or related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Proven experience in residential or community-based services, with supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of person-centered planning, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with technology and documentation systems related to service delivery.
