Rogers Group is seeking a qualified WELDER & Maintenance Person for our East TN operations based out of Oak Ridge, TN. Must be comfortable with heights and working in a man lift. Pay depending on experience.

• Inspect and perform daily maintenance on plant
• Inspect and perform repairs as needed for plant
• Inspect and maintain crushers, conveyors, and screens for plant
• Fabricate various components for the plants throughout our East TN division
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties as assigned

• Previous maintenance experience necessary
• Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform plant repairs as needed
• Ability to operate a man lift
• Arc welding experience preferred
• Experience in steel erection/destruction (i.e., welding, cutting, and fitting) preferred
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors, and screens a plus
• Previous experience working in a rock quarry preferred
• Must pass pre‑employment drug screening
