We are looking for a passionate and driven Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As a Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for utilizing industrial and mechanical engineering techniques along with technology to improve workflow and efficiency of manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement electronics manufacturing process and test methods
- Create and update work instructions for manufacturing
- Capture and report out key manufacturing and quality metrics
- Work with and provide support across department teams
- Introduce new products into manufacturing environment
- Provide new employee training and sustaining training for existing employees
- Ensure QMS policies and procedures are being followed
- Maintain test equipment utilizing TPM processes
- A detail understanding of Bill of Materials structures.
Qualifications:
- Associates degree and two years' related experience and/or training in manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of test equipment is a necessity
- Microsoft office package expertise (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Data mining skills a plus.
- Experience in ISO, IPC, and NQA-1 Policies and Procedures a plus
- IPC J-STD-001 a plus
- IPC-7711/IPC-7721 a plus
- IPC-A610 a plus
