Maintenance Technician

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and facility maintenance, is seeking a dedicated  
** Maintenance Technician Mechanic
** to join their team. As a  
** Maintenance Technician Mechanic** , you will be an essential part of the operations supporting the maintenance department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

** Pay Range:**  $21.00 - $25.00

** Shift:
** Weekend shift 6:00pm to 6:00am

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform preventative maintenance such as changing coolants, lubricants, or filters, following a set schedule

+ Conduct facility maintenance including replacing light bulbs, painting, filters, and simple plumbing tasks

+ Inspect and perform basic maintenance and repair of manufacturing and facility equipment using manual and power tools

+ Partner with senior mechanics to repair more complex manufacturing or facility equipment

+ Maintain work area cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols by wearing required personal protective equipment

** What's Needed?*
* + High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required

+ One (1) year relevant experience in maintenance or related field

+ Ability to understand and act on verbal and written instructions

+ Basic math, computer, and time-management skills

+ Knowledge of machine repair, plumbing, pipe fitting, welding, sheet metal, mill-wright, and general maintenance
