Travel Nurse Source is recruiting an experienced RN for Med/Surg/Telemetry in Oak Ridge, Tennessee (37830). This 13-week travel assignment offers nights with a 3-day 12-hour shift pattern and start date on or around 8/24/2026.
The role emphasizes telemetry monitoring, comprehensive patient care, and collaboration with the Magnet Medical team. The RN will administer medications, monitor vitals and heart rhythms, and provide education and discharge planning.
