Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team in Oak Ridge, TN. The LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients, assist with treatment plans, and support the healthcare team in delivering excellent patient outcomes. This position is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 13-hour shifts. Some weekends might be required.

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of Registered Nurses (RNs) and physicians.
• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with patient assessments and report changes in condition to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care.

• Current and valid LPN license in the state of Tennessee.
• Completion of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting preferred.

This position is based in Oak Ridge, TN, and may require working various shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays depending on patient needs.
