Are you excited by the future of nuclear energy and the technologies that will secure global fuel supply for decades to come?

An innovative nuclear technology company is seeking a Business Development Manager to help commercialise a next-generation uranium enrichment platform. This is a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of advanced physics, national security, energy independence, and global clean energy deployment.

Working alongside technical, regulatory, and executive leadership teams, you will drive strategic growth initiatives, develop key industry partnerships, and help position a groundbreaking technology at the forefront of the evolving nuclear fuel cycle.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Identify, develop, and secure new commercial and government business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with utilities, fuel cycle organisations, national laboratories, government agencies, and strategic partners.
  • Develop and execute business development and capture strategies across domestic and international markets.
  • Lead proposal development, teaming agreements, commercial negotiations, and strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitive dynamics across the nuclear fuel cycle.
  • Develop market intelligence, business cases, and go-to-market strategies for senior leadership.
  • Represent the organisation at industry conferences, government forums, and stakeholder events.
  • Support long-term customer engagement and commercial agreements across the nuclear sector.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in business development, capture management, sales, or strategic partnerships within nuclear, defence, energy, or other highly regulated technical sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the nuclear fuel cycle, advanced energy technologies, or government contracting environments.
  • Experience working with utilities, government agencies, national laboratories, EPCs, or technology providers.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and commercial audiences.
  • Strong relationship‑building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proven track record of developing opportunities and delivering commercial growth.
Highly Desirable
  • Knowledge of uranium enrichment, HALEU, advanced reactor technologies, or nuclear fuel supply chains.
  • Experience supporting DOE, NNSA, NRC, DOD, or other government‑funded programmes.
  • Familiarity with export controls, international partnerships, or global nuclear markets.
  • Existing relationships across the North American nuclear industry.
Why Apply?
  • Help shape the future of nuclear fuel production and energy security.
  • Join a company developing one of the most advanced technologies in the global nuclear sector.
  • Work alongside world‑class scientists, engineers, and industry leaders.
  • Influence commercial strategy during a period of significant growth and industry investment.
  • Play a direct role in enabling the next generation of clean, reliable baseload power.
